The Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) stands as the sole multi-purpose convention facility in the country, equipped with 17 venues catering to a wide spectrum of events—from intimate gatherings to grand-scale functions. Milky Way – The ‘Milky Way’ has a big, open area and a ground terrace, perfect for big gatherings like conventions, fairs, and expos. It’s great for events that draw lots of people because there’s plenty of room. The big space with a natural inflow of air and easy elevation to the Celebrity, making it a great spot for all sorts of public events, with escalators that make it simple to get to the main area. It can easily fit 45 stalls, each covering an area of 9 square meters. It’s a spacious venue that can accommodate these stalls comfortably.
Hall of Fame – The BICC Hall of Fame is perfect for big events, from government programs to music concerts. Its circular dome, stunning lights, and seating layout create an atmosphere like a grand concert in a wide theater. The spacious Hall of Fame lobby portrays the beauty of a 21st century auditorium of Bangladesh.
Carnival’ & ‘Harmony – The ‘Carnival’ & ‘Harmony’ are two similar halls that are really flexible. Each hall can seat 450 people in theater style or 350 people at round tables for conferences or seminars. They’re great additional spaces for the Milky Way, perfect for big fairs, expos, or conventions. Plus, they’re elegant enough to host various dinner functions too. They can easily fit 30 + 30 = 60 stalls, each covering an area of 9 square meters.
Celebrity – The ‘Celebrity’ is the heart of it all, designed with a special and distinctive architecture. It’s an amazing and roomy space with top-notch amenities. This magnificent hall, decorated with a stunning chandelier, is perfect for dinners, parties, seminars, corporate gatherings, or any big event. It even comes with a full kitchen facility. It can easily fit 60 stalls, each covering an area of 9 square meters.
